I have given her water and tuna ...all i have to feed her,but the werid thing is she seems to be drooling around her mouth ,not white foam but tons of regular drool .I am trying to search it online with no luck. does anyone know what this could mean? Also is is very lovable and in no way mean, but i locked her in my bathroom because i dont know what the drooling is and i have two kids at home .I dont want them to gat sick. Please help!!!!

Best thing would be to take her to your local vet to have her checked out.

Is she purring and acting happy when she's drooling? I have one who drools like a dog when she's feeling sappy (ugh.). Just to be safe, I would continue to wait until you find out what the vet says before introducing her to your household.

I adopted a new cat and she began to drool a ton when we took her to the vet. The vet said sometimes cats drool when they are nervous and sometimes when they are happy.

My former feral, TommyScott, had a mouth injury and used to drool. The vet wasn't able to do more than give him a shot of antibiotics, but that was enough for his body to heal on it's own, and the drooling has stopped.
Bless you for rescuing the cat!! I hope that you can find a group to help you take her to the vet and get her the care that she needs.
You are a real cats' guardian angel
