I"m sooo sore!

I woke up sooo sore this morning. I feel like I've been hit by a truck. I'm thinking that riding on that truck in the parade in the cold weather did it. I just took a couple advil.
I feel 90 years old My arms and back are killing me

I bet that's it when it's cold you tense your body up sometimes without even knowing it and it strains your muscles!! Nice hot bubble bath would help

I didn't even think about tensing up. I'm positive that's what it is....

Aw, that sucks, I hate feeling sore!! My back is killing me too this weekend, not sure why.

I only wish I could take one... The kids are being SOOO bad!
