Love it!

I braved Wal-Mart friday night

It actually wasn't TOO bad. I parked over by the garden section. Alot of people don't think to park there. I was there for about 2 hours...but it wasn't because of the crowds...(I was taking inventory, as Reggie would say
)
When it came time to check out, there were 2 people in front of me, and then they opened another register.
so I moved over and was outta there... My mom is the Wal-Mart queen and has taught me all the tricks

When I go with my sister its awful..she is one of those people that MUST get the closest parking spot, she will circle around the lot for hours if she has to!!
I am the one that takes the farthest spot because I hate circling the parking lot like a vulture

And I bought my first online gift yesterday, I have never bought something online before...its so easy, I might get addicted..

I think trying to get a close parking spot is DUMB! If you'd just park father back, you'd already be inside shopping!

I never bother trying to get a close parking spot. A little walk isn't going to kill me.

It's a different story though, if you have like a medical reason for wanting a close parking spot.

Well, my sis does have a baby, so its probably easier than lugging everything even further...but still!!

Yea, a closer parking spot is nicer with the kiddies!

My son is old enough to walk the distance. (he'll be 4 in a month and a half)

I remember this one time I was at the wal-mart and you know how they have the stork parking for expecting mothers or parents with infants? well I was there with my mom. She had my son in her cart and was just coming out of the wal-mart and I was already getting to my vehicle and this woman and her daughter (and grandbaby) yelled at me some curses and such because I parked there without a kid (even though they got a closer spot).

How would they even know if was pregnant or not and plus my 6 month old son was like a minute away with his grannie! Some people get so worked up over parking spots it's crazy!

I love shopping right near Christmas, but then, Im in it more for the people watching...I was at West Edmonton Mall yesterday, and I think all of West Edmonton was in there....Word of advice for those of you who want to park at West Ed:
Lower level of Zellers, entrance off 87th Ave

Honestly, you have to go through Zellers to get into the mall, but theres ALWAYS a good spot there....

I LOVE the West Edmonton Mall. Last time I went there, we went all day for three days in a row and I don't even think we got half the stores!

I've never shopped online. I guess I'm a little paranoid about someone stealing my credit information etc. The only thing I've ever bought online was my membership to PL and my stuff from the Cat Site store, and even then I was nervous! Oh yes - and my cookbooks!
