Is it normal for adult cats to develope spots on their lips?
Here is a picture of lucky. Reminds me of age spots. The vet never seems to care about them.

I think its common in orange kitties, my Sapphire has them as well as my sister's cat, Baby, both are orange tabbies

My vet isn't concerned about my cat's spots either. He said orange colored cats seem to get it more than other cats.

Dark spots are not a concern as long as they are not raised. Everything is all right if a dark spot is flat like a freckle. (Actually those dark spots are called freckles.) A raised dark spot, however, warrants an immediate vet visit.
