Can we deport Madonna back to the US?

I used to have a neighbour with a Chinchilla and they are adorable creatures- a little lively and destructive even for me but still very cute. The fact that Madonna has chosen to wear a coat made from the fur of forty of these sweet animals upsets my moral views. I'm sorry but as an animal loving nation I feel it is time that Madonna returned to America and took her fur loving buddies with her. IMHO the wearing of such fur is disgusting and I find Madonna's presence in the UK abhorrent

she is a sl**who believes she should be worshipped and adored for making crappy pop music. She tries to portray this sainthood and pretend she wasnt such moraless tramp at one time.

I LOVED her, her music and her look from the 80's. I HATE her now, all through the 90's pretty much up to now, she just completely sucks.

Anyone who pretends to support world issues such as the amount of orphans in Africa, buys one and then comes home to wear fur coats, has NO credibility with me whatsoever. She is selfish, weird and as up her own as any one of those megastars.

I used to love Madonna too, she was basically my hero when I was 8 and toi see what she has become makes me ill. I think if I had known at that age she liked fur I would have hated her. I remember thinking that it served people right to be drenched in paint when they wore fur.

Too bad it was PETA behind all these campaigns.

I have to agree with all of my American friends on this board... you can keep her! Also, I'd like to just make a slight apology for her fake English accent. That just crosses the line in ANY culture.

You can like her or dislike her, but an idiot she is not.

She is not pretty.
Her singing voice is so-so.

Thanks to her fans and her ability to draw attention to herself, she is filthy rich, much more so than many women who are prettier, can sing better and are smarter. And she wasn't born with it like Paris Hitlon.

Doesn't sounds so dumb to me!

Sadly, I think we're still stuck with her in the USA, at least part time. She has homes in New York, and here in Los Angeles as well. So, I'd just say we're all just sharing the wealth (LOL!)

It's all about money, and that she does make. That's why she's on Oprah.

I don't understand what her wearing a fur coat has to do with whether or not she deserves a child. My mom wears fur coats. I've borrowed her fur coats... I would never buy a new one, and neither would she... but what's the difference between that and a leather jacket? They're both made from dead animal skin. I don't find it any more objectionable than eating meat. And though I've decided not to do either of them, other people don't have to live their life based on my morals.

Why would you hate someone so much just for their choice of clothing?

I don't know - she's in better physical shape than most women half her age. She seems a bit obsessed with being "ageless", though.

I have to agree with most of you here on this one. I'm so not a Madonna fan. I used to love her when I was a teenager, now I despise the woman for many reasons, such as the reason of this thread. I think she tries so hard to be the person she used to be...

I think she seriously needs to put some weight on too, she's too darn skinny!

There are those who advise her...do PR and all that jazz.she is no brainiac...plenty of celebs do it as well.
I get new hair cuts, find new shoes to wear and every now and then buy a new cd...doesnt make me smarter than anyone else. Everyone changes with the times...doesnt mean that there past should be forgotten.she made a sex book(like someone mentioned) and from what i heard it was pretty risky and out there... and well i dont want my kids owning a childrens book from the same author who wrote a sex book ive got in my closet.

Concerning the fur issue, isn't leather made from animals who have also been used for food? Chinchillas are not bred for food. They are slaughtered only for their fur. I take issue with that.

Also, I don't believe Madonna is a genius. She is a believable liar at best. She has stolen the image and music of many artists. She lies about how many concert seats she has sold. She has lied about how many albums she has sold. There is one woman who is currently trying to sue her for plagerizing--if you do a search, you can probably find the details. There have been several lawsuits in the past against Madonna for plagerism.

Her fake British accent that she turns on and off, depending on who is interviewing her, annoys me so much it makes me want to rip my hair out. I have been around Australians and British a long time and although I have picked up some expressions, I have not automatically started speaking with an accent.

Personally, I don't care about her sex life. I do care that she is a person in serious need of psychological help who has lied her way to the top and stolen from hard-working artists to get where she is today and I can't respect that at all.
