I just bought some cat milk for my kitties and wanted to give it to them as a treat.(once in a while kind of treat) I was only going to give them a small amount each and wanted to know if it's ok to give it to them cold? (after refrigeration hehehe)

I give my kitten cat milk everyday. I put a little bit of hot water into the milk and then stir it with my finger to check the temperature. It should'nt be cold especially if your giving it to kittens!

Just for your information, most cats prefer warm food over cold. I always nuke their wet food in the microwave, before feeding it to them. They like it that way.

I think it is because genetically they always eat live prey which is warm. I haven't had one of my ferals yet come to me with a dead mouse, drop it in my lap and ask me to refrigerate it for him! *G*

(hissy being silly)

I do the same thing!!! Nick thinks I'm crazy for "warming up the cat food!"
