Those look like fun! I made these last year: http://www.rd.com/content/openConten...ontentId=19124 and they were a HUGE hit. Not only were they pretty, they tasted yummy too.

All you non-cranberry people: Dried cranberries are much like raisins, except just not so sweet. It's quite a different experience to the puckery stuff one eats with turkey.

Oh, yes, and parchment. I quite understand your I had the same experience, and now won't be without it.

All the cookies sound wonderful, does anyone know of a site that translates US ingredients and measurements into UK ones? Some of the things you take for granted I have never heard of so wouldn't know what I could substitute.

They are already packed with the chocolate chip cookies I made, on a pretty plate and covered with cellophane.

It is unsweetened cocoa.

I also hated anything with cranberries, but dried cranberries are quite different. I'm sure these cookies with convert the non-cranberry lovers out there.

I don't like raisins in my cookies either. Choc chips would be ok though.
