Sounds wonderful, if you leave out the cranberries! Can you take a pic of your cookies for us Karen?

All you non-cranberry people: Dried cranberries are much like raisins, except just not so sweet. It's quite a different experience to the puckery stuff one eats with turkey.

Those sound gooooooooooood, Karen!

Oh, yes, and parchment. I quite understand your
I had the same experience, and now won't be without it.

All the cookies sound wonderful, does anyone know of a site that translates US ingredients and measurements into UK ones? Some of the things you take for granted I have never heard of so wouldn't know what I could substitute.

They are already packed with the chocolate chip cookies I made, on a pretty plate and covered with cellophane.

These sound great Karen. I think I'll make them this weekend!

I also hated anything with cranberries, but dried cranberries are quite different. I'm sure these cookies with convert the non-cranberry lovers out there.
