It really is beautiful, and yes I can relate...we got a good 4-5 feet in a snowstorm a couple years back. It's a pain in the patootie, but gosh it is beautiul!

I'm VERY impressed with the state of your street, though! When we had that huge storm it took 3 days to get the streets plowed, and it's not like we don't get snow in Colorado.

We actually did have fun for the 3 days we were snowed in. It was kinda nice knowing that we couldn't go anywhere. We just relaxed and snuggled with kitties.

Wow! I like snow but not that much! You need one of those shovels you push and it shoots the snow in the air and away!

Uh, my landlord actually shovelled my whole walkway and shovelled off my car for me...I just had to shovel the path to my garbage can outside

Wow! This city closed?! At least you guys would be smart enough to do that. If we got something like that, we'd still have to send the kids to school and go into work.

Actually, I started a thread for you here --->How's the Snow?

I guess my snow is no comparison, but I still have the cold temperatures!
Here's looking out to the backyard at my place:

We are suppose to warm up by Sunday...hope it doesn't all melt!
Stay warm Nat!

Yikes! Look at all that snow. So far here, all as we have gotten is a slight dusting of snow. Hopefully we don't get a big storm like that. The only time I enjoy snow is on Christmas, any other time it's just a pain in the butt.

I wish we had that snow here, I really wanted a big snowfall before I have to leave. All I got was a measly 4cm and it's pretty much all melted now.

I was laughing at YOU! You looked like an alien!

And if we got that much snow, we would probably just close the borders. I'd stay home and

You guys remember that movie "A Christmas Story"? Where she gets the kid all bundled up to go out in the snow and then he says he has to pee?

THAT'S what she reminds me of in the pic

That's always a good thing!
My boys usually wait until after they're all dressed and getting ready to get in the truck before they inform me they have to go
