I'm so glad he's doing well.

Mason update: They have cut back on some of his oxygen as he is trying to breath on his own. He grabbed his Nanny's finger and has quite a grip. He does have a small brain bleed but doctor's feel they can stop this with medication. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR KIND WORDS & PRAYERS.

Aw, the poor little guy. I am still sending many prayers and vibes that he will be good as new in no time.. to you in this trying time.

Please ya'll I need all your vibes!!! Mason has been life flighted to Hershey hospital for surgery!! I need all your positive vibes that he pulls thru. He has a bowel obstruction and phemonia (sp) please in this season of miracles, please help my noece have hers.

Mason had surgery to fix a perforation in his bowels. He is still heavily sedated so he can get the rest he needs. They are giving him antibiotics for the pneumonia and he is doing a little better. I thank you for the vibes and will keep ya'll updated.

Update on Mason: Pnemonia seems to have cleared up Bowel perforation looks good after surgery, they are going to do an ultrasound on Tuesday and if the perforation is healed the doctors are talking about wanting to try him with some breast milk. His eyes are open and all indications are good. Thanks again for all your vibes & prayers. We are not out of the woods yet, but everyday is a miracle. I will update after we get results from ultrasound. Here is to a great 2007 for Mason

I just found this thread, and am adding my thoughts and prayers for little Mason.
Our granddaughter was born at 5 months, weighing 1 pound and 6 ounces. She is 11 years old and doing GREAT...you`d NEVER guess she was a preemie.....Praying the same results for Mason!!!!

Mason update: He is weighing in at a wopping 2 lbs. He has gained 8 oz and is doing well. We will find out later today what the ultrasound says about his bowel perforation. Keep the good vibes coming he can use them all.
