Need some help finding some things

As a few of you know Kandie and Gigi have been doing accupucture... Well they are now both going on diets based on the oriental medicine chart ... This chart is used by the two vets I currently use but is human , they both use the oriental training book for vets ... I would like to know if any of you know of a good book on oriental medicine , domestic animal based would be great but human will work... I have learned alot of many different disciplines of medicine but this is HARD.. Good websites also welcome...

I am also trying to find green lining chicken gizzards , ideas of where to find( butchers get clean ones) ??

I will say both girls have shown improvement and all in less than a week so I am EXCITED
