It should last me for a day or two. I made chicken with cream of mushroom soup topped with shredded cheese, mashed potatoes, broccolli and cheese, carrots, and blackeyed peas, biscuits, and I made a chocolate cake. I know you are thinking wow that's alot of food but I was in a mood to cook and so I decided to make enough to last a couple of days since I have to work second shift tomorrow and dad won't have anyone home to cook for him even though he is a good cook too. He can actually cook better than most of the women I know. He doesn't care for my broccolli but he knows its good for him and it helps keep his sugar levels down. Which he needs alot of help with. He said my two favorites are the ones I can't have alot of which was the potatoes and the cake but he did get a big piece of cake I thought it would be okay since he had so many veggies. And he said my chicken was good. I invited my uncle over for supper but he just got a plate and went home. He couldn't eat my broccolli because he doesn't have teeth. And my broccolli turned out better today and I got super done pretty early. I started cooking about 1 pm. Making the cake and then the chicken and then I made the other stuff. I am so proud of myself.

Wow congrats! Seems like you put a lot of work into your dinner. I am glad your family enjoyed it... it sounds delicious!
