Tell me if I right about this:
All the three are longhair breeds that was developed from the siamese.
Balinese has the same 4 colours of the siamese (seal point, blue point, chocolate point and lilac point. Javanese has color-points in all colours except of seal, blue, chocolate and lilac (he is, in fact, a longhair version of the colorpoint shorthair). And Oriental Longhair has all patterns and colors but no color-points.

If that right, how come there are cat federations that donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t have the javanese breed at all?

I got this quote from a site entitled "CFA Javanese Cats of Distinction."
Quote:

Most registering bodies around the world group all shorthair cats of Siamese type and markings as Siamese, and all longhair cats of Siamese type and markings as Balinese. The Cat Fanciers' Association (CFA, the largest cat association in North America) is one of the very few organizations to draw the distinction between cats of "pure" Siamese ancestry and colors (seal, blue, chocolate and lilac points) and those cats of hybrid ancestry and colors (lynx, tortie and red or cream points). Colorpoint Shorthair or CPSH is the name used by CFA for cats of mixed Siamese and domestic shorthair ancestry. Javanese is the name used by CFA for cats of Balinese and CPSH ancestry. In parts of Europe, a Javanese is what all North American registries know as an Oriental Longhair! While this may seem confusing, it only makes a difference when it comes to breeding and showing. If you are looking for a beautiful and loving pet you have only to decide what hair length and color or pattern you like best - not always an easy task!
Endquote.
