Aaaaaaah!!! Snow!!

I say it every year.... while you guys are getting snow our temperatures are soaring. Fire season has started and since we havent had much rain for so long its going to be a nasty summer. I have been hearing the fire station siren go all day today - there is a fire about 10 minutes away from me. While I simply love summer, this fire season is scary.

As much as I hate the snow (it looks pretty but its not nice out there!) fires are a much scarier thought, stay safe

ohhh and while I am posting pics, I took this downtown today, its our town Christmas tree, covered in snow

Theres soooo much snow here. It all came down in a few hours. People said there was no snow in London (Ontario) tonight....guess they were wrong.

Snow is a right royal pain in the patoot! One flake is ten too many. But much as I hate it, I will take it ANY day over fire. Stay safe, Dan, please.

I think we had a long fall but I think we will have a nasty winter. The old folks around here are predicting it.
And I love snow when I don't have to drive anywhere. Wait until after payday and then snow me in at my house that way I have plenty of food and water and don't have to go to work. because I can't get out if it gets really bad

I'm so jealous of you! Snow is pretty and better than dark and wet anyway. It's December and the temperature here is still 7C (~44F). I suppose we won't have a white Christmas this year.

The last time it snowed here was Jan 1999. Mike called in stating we could not get the garage door open and my boss at the time called and told me not to come in. There was about 3-6 inches of snow. I know that isn't much but here in our city where it snows once every 10 years or so, that is a lot. You wouldn't believe all the accidents that happened!!!

But I wish it would snow on Christmas!! I never have had a white Christmas

I'm going to put everyone on a downer now, because all i think about when the cold weather comes are those poor animals on the streets

I am not looking forward to driving to work this morning..I hope the roads aren't bad..My biggest fear is car accidents, so when it snows on the road, my fear is heightened ten fold because of the increased risk...

Oh, you just hate the extra work it causes for you.....

It was snowing here last night too...Took me an hour and a half to get home (typically 25 minutes) so I turned right around and headed for school.

Honestly the thing I don't like about the first snowfall are the drivers. They always act like they forget how to drive in snow.
