Hi. I was wondering if anyone has heard of or used Veterinarian Formulated cat food(dry food)? I think it goes by VF Formula to??? I found this at a local(Pet Club) wherhouse store and it says everything the more expensive brands say but is a little cheaper. I can't find anything online about it. I am using NutroMax indoor cat food and its starting to get expensive. I have two cats that are about 7 and 9 months old. One is half Maine Coon so he's starting to get huge and is of course eating alot!!!
Does anyone have any other brands that are good but a little less expensive??? Thank you!

A good brand that is cheap is Chicken Soup For The Cat Lover's Soul (not the book.) Cheesy name yes, but it's a high quality food. Cheap, too.

I use felidae for the dry. and natural instinct Healthypetnet.com for the wet. No problems with either and they have all the stuff they are supposed to!

Premium Edge is my first choice. It is super cheap here, I buy the biggest bag of adult cat food and it is $17. The smallest bag is $2.49. Can't beat that. They have a Finnicky Cat formula too buy it made some of my cats throw up.

$17 for premium edge? dang..I pay almost $30 for a 18lbs dry food for premium edge kitten formula. Am I getting ripped off? Pet club doesn't even have premium edge here in the bay area, CA so I'm stuck with getting from petfoodexpress or mail order from philly. The two stores end up with the same price even if I had to pay S/H through mail order. My boyfriend is complaining that it's expensive but I can't help it. Anyone knows where I can get it at a discount for premium edge in the bay area?
