It's a pair of Red-Bellied woodpeckers....I've been telling them that they really DON'T want to mess with those birds; but they don't listen
but would they share?

I tried to get a picture of the male woodpecker, but he was less that impressed with my efforts
The only picture I got was this one of him blasting out of the tree like a feathery little rocket
Beautiful birds AND cats on one thread- what a wonderful world
and you did a great job catching a photo of the woodpecker
