Leo is gone

I just got back from the vet. Leo has gone to the bridge. I held him and told him what a good little friend he had been, and he purred louder than he ever had. I will miss him.

I am so very sorry to hear about Leo!!!!!! What happened to him? Was he ill? You probably said somewhere, but I must have missed it. My memory isn't too terribly great, either.

It is good that you were right there beside him at the end. Please accept my condolences, this is a very hard thing to go through. My thoughts and prayers are with you!

He had leukemia. I knew this was coming eventually, but he went downhill so fast. He was only really sick since yeaterday.

At least he isn't suffering now...and you showed him lots and lots of love in his life, he had a very good life with you! I know this had to be so hard for you to do, but he is so much better off now that he isn't in any pain.

So sorry to hear about your loss. Even though you knew he was sick, it couldn't have been easy. At least he is not in pain, and you have memories to comfort you, and the knowledge that you gave him a loving home. I will keep you in my thoughts.

It was so weird dividing up the can of wet food this morning. I miss my big boy so much.

I was so sorry to read that Leo passed away. You are in my thoughts and prayers ...thinking of Leo playing so happily in the land over the rainbow bridge. Hang in there.

I'm SO sorry to hear of Leo's passing. Whether it's sudden or expected to lose a darling animal is a horrible thing. My heart goes out to you.

My heart goes out to you. It is so hard to lose one of our little loves. Try to find comfort in the good times you two had, and I know there were a lot of them. You always wrote about Leo with such love.
