Someone told me that solid orange tabby cats with no white on them are ALWAYS and ONLY male? IS this true? WOw i didnt know this~! I Knew about calicos and torties only being female but never this!

There is a much better chance of there being orange females than there is tortie or calico males. Especially in some areas where the orange gene is very dominant, there will be more orange females. It would be fair to say that all orange females are pretty rare, though.Originally Posted by chausiefan
