opionions please

Okay last week at work when I walked in my first supervisor, immediately over me, stopped me and made a point of telling me that I needed to pass ice on the other end of the building from where I work and I already knew that and I said okay and she said I want it done before meals and that kind of bothered me a bit because we always get it done but we want to get our end done right to. But I went on about my buisness well the girl who works on my end got kind of mad about it because it means she has to work on our end by herself until I'm done. But that also means that noone is watching our hall while she is giving showers and we both agreed that they need to get more help in there. Well I went on about my buisness and was passing the ice and doing the vital signs and I didn't know that she had sent one of the girls to help put one of our men in bed and I guess the girl who works with me took it as an insult that maybe they thought we weren't doing our jobs. Well I guess she fussed at the other girl and she told the supervisor. Well I came out of a bedroom and the supervisor stopped me and just immediately started chewing me out and didn't give me a chance to even know what she was talking about telling me if you don't like that you have to do this then you take it up with Lola and was simply being nasty about it. And I said hold on I don't even know what you're talking about. And she said I heard you all were complaining because you had to do the ice and I said no all I said was we need more staff and she said and I agree and I said I was never upset with you about it. And she proceeded to keep bawling me out and I told her what all I said was about the company not having enough help and that I was going to do the ice but the problem I had was that the hall was unattended and she said well you all have less people. But they all admit we have more call lights going off. Well we finally all thought we talked it out and went home. Well this weekend I came in yesterday and went to get our linen cart and when I came back the supervisor stopped me and said well you don't have to get upset about passing the ice because Mona has already done it. And I was like why bring this crap up again.
Okay now what I am wondering was I wrong for thinking it was very unprofessional of her to first blow up at me in the middle of the hallway and secondly to bring it all back up again a week later. Thankfully she only works on the weekends.

Is there someone else you can talk to about her? That's very unprofessional in my opinion. Yelling at a staff member in the hallway so everyone can hear it? How rude! I'd be yelling right back, telling her how rude she was being and if she had a problem with me she should be talking to me in an office or somewhere where noone else could hear it. Then if it was brought up to me a week later, I'd ask her what her problem was with me, because it sounds like she has a problem with you for whatever reason. She is completely wrong for yelling at you in the first place. Talking is what supervisors do, not yelling that's just stupid. I admit my manager and I have gotten into yelling matches but noone was allowed to be there when it happened and we never did it on the front line, always in the back at the desk. And we've never yelled at our staff. That's just grounds for them to quit. How stupid can this woman be!? Sorry, people like that just anger me sometimes.

I tried to talk to her in a nice calm voice and she insisted on bringing it all back up again and the whole reason she got mad was because she thought we were griping about having to do something and honestly even if I was, what did it matter if I did say I didn't agree with it when I was talking in private with someone as long as I was doing it. I told her my problem with her was her catching me in the hallway like that and going off on me and she said well what you don't realize is if you don't do it then I am the one getting in trouble and I said that was just the point I was doing it and I still got yelled at. And then this week everything was fine and dandy and she started it all up again. But this time I simply ignored her and went on about my buisness and I had a much quieter evening for it too.
