need help introducing new kitten!

My roommates and I have 2 cats already. One of them is about 7 months old and the other a few months. They have lived together for about 2 months and just love eachother. Well we have just gotten a new kitten that is very young and our younger cat has no problem with it and plays with it but our older cat is having some issues. She hisses and growls and bats at it but she does seem to seek it out and then do it which we actually hope is a good thing. She still plays a little bit with the other cat but not as much. Now it's only been a couple days since we got the kitten but is there anything we can do to make the introduction easier for her?

When I had a situation just like yours, it took about a week before things settled down. I would introduce the new cat just a little each day and gradually expand the time each day and everything eventually worked out, I suspect it will for you, too.
