pregnant stray cat please help

I found a pregnant stray can any one tell me signs of near birth

Is she looking very big? Are her nipples protruding and pink? Do you have her inside? She needs to be inside so that she can be safe and her kits can be safe. Is she eating? Drinking? Do you have a litter box for her? Some blankets and a cardboard box would be nice for her to make a nest.

hi yes she has been inside for 25 days now she was a stray and we foind her outside and were feeding her however we noticed some raccons and we kept her inside ... she was very skinny but i could feel the babies she is eating kitten food as well as reg food she has a litter box and a box in the closet ..i think she might want to have them on my bed though ,... im afraid since she was malnutrisioned she might not form milk ..she had some discharge in her private area .. but it seem to stop for now her temp is 100.
