cry, vent my anger/sadness at the gym, write music, play my music, sometime's i'll play live if i have a gig..so when i do, you can definitely tell that my music has my heart behind it and all of those lovely emotions to go along with it- it makes it sooo much better, humm, eat chocolate, take a bubble bath, cry some more...oh yeah, then listen to more music and cry some more ....after that, i'm usually ready to move on.

The last time i cried watching a movie/series was "Band of Brothers" on disk 9 - "why we fight" - it reinacted the american troops liberating one of the concentration camps- I lost over 3/4 of my family on my dad's side in the holocaust- it was just horrid to watch something so grafic and accurate about what my family went through- i was crying my eyes out.

I hate the jerk! I don't have anything to do with him. /Just this week though, he figured out from someone where i'm working now and came through my line harassing me. I had the manager escort him out. I abosolute can't stand him. I don't view him as a dad at all- only a sperm donor.
