It asked me to install Active X, which I won't do. That's a huge security risk to do that.

Here is a link to a local Bengal Breeder that has one of these wheels. It is actually more like a piece of furniture that your cats can entertain themselves on. We have seen it in action..........in person. We don't have a wheel yet, but sometime in the future when both my wife and I finish our college and actually get back into the workforce.......we will.

I'd recommend something more like a cross-trainer or bicycle; those wheels are really made more for animals.
