Spoke too Soon About Noel

Hi Gang,

I really could use some prayers tonight. I spent the day in the ER today with Noel. Her respiration started to get extremely fast (over 40 breaths/min). I brought her to the emergency room perhaps more motivated by my fear of her dying like my kitty did in July. They sedated her and drained a lot of fluid out of her thoracic cavity. She was put in an oxygen chamber too. This evening she is acting strangely. I called the vet and he said that is could be due to the pain meds but there wasn't much more he could do to help her. The tumor is pressing on her lungs making it difficult for her to breathe. If you could please keep her in your prayers that she makes it through the night so I can see one of the oncologists tomorrow (her normal doctor is out of town right now), I would be very grateful to you.
