How do I send Private Messages

The option is not allowed to me and I need to resolve an issue... I am getting highly frustrated because I can not contact anyone to work it out. I tried to post a thread to Hydoaxe but it was removed and I understand because it was public but I have no other way to contact any of the mods........ To whomever removed my thread can they please send that to Hydroaxe for me. Thank You.

The only things I can think of is

1. you are a minor - PMs are not allowed
2. the option for PMs is turned off in your user CP

I am 17. How am I suppose to work the issue out if I can not contact hydroaxe and I can not work it out publicly?

You can always click on "contact us" at the bottom of the screen and send an email also.
