Thanks, I feel better now.
Starting to wake up, LOL...going to pick up my daughter and head off to my friend's house for turkey. I'm bringing pie - chocolate cream, of course. I don't envy you cooking all day - but I bet it will all be DELICIOUS!
I'm not really embarassed about it, but I am cooking everything else from scratch.Originally Posted by halfpint

The tart is done. The bakery where I got it from is fantastic, so it was very yummy.Originally Posted by GingersMom

:::groan::: I think I ate too much...
Well, after our meal, everybody grabbed a takehome container and helped themselves. Otherwise, heat them up for tomorrow, or Saturday, or Sunday...Originally Posted by lookingglass
Any idea what to do with all the leftovers?
My problem is that I can't ever get everything to get done cooking at the same time. Last night the turkey took much longer than everything else. Sometimes the turkey is the first thing done!Originally Posted by valanhb
Congratulations on your first (of many) successful Thanksgiving dinner! I've always thought that while it seems like a ton of work, it's really not a terribly difficult meal to make.
