I got down on my hands and knees to quickly use the laptop which is on the ground, and Smudge has crawled onto my back and fallen asleep! I can feel her purring through my clothes.

I'm really not comfortable though, and I need to get up and study....

Should I move her and disturb her???

I have had the same thing happen to me! be careful though! if you try to remove her, you may get a free acupuncture treatment

Well, obviously you'll have to forgo studying in the interest of kitty comfort.

Arrghhh my feet are asleep. I tried to move, but she dug her claws into my jeans then just got comfy again.

I just saw this thread. Hopefully you're not still in that position, but if you are...

Sarah for most willing to sacrifice her personal comfort and studying for the sake of her kitten!

Kitten comfort ranks above almost all else. And if hubby raises a fuss, just tell him that Smudgie wouldn't let you study. She's got him completely wrapped around her little dewclaw, so I'm sure that will make it OK.

You think?

These are from the weekend

And yes, I did eventually make her move - I couldn't move for a few minutes though - I had no circulation left in my feet!! As soon as I could move though, I gave her dinner so she was happy
