You'd never know this about me, but I am intensely competitive!

I think Chad is only just now starting to realize it and we've been together for 7 years, lived together for 5 months! I keep it a secret!

I got accepted into the american ballet company at age 16. (I wound up not going because I wanted to graduate high school instead and i didn't wanna leave my friends)

Really? I was accepted to the Joffrey at age 17. (I auditioned for American Ballet, but they said I was too tall.
) I ended up breaking my foot and ending my dance career before I was able to go.

You'd never know this about me, but ... I used to be a gymnast.

Then puberty struck and my body suddenly became decidedly un-gymnast-like. Really, it's just as well; I'm too laidback to be a gymnast -- I'm not competitive or ambitious at all.

That stinks- i'm sorry about your foot.
/ I danced/ran/ did every sport under the sun for soo long that I completly screwed up my body- I have degenerative arthritious and interpatela tendonidious in both knees. I have also shattered the very bottom part of my tailbone and have done sooo many other things. ( let's just say I had a great physical therapist
).

I've lived in Colorado almost all of my life, but I've never been downhill skiing. And I have no desire to do so either. Something about travelling down a mountain on two sticks and holding two more sticks at 30+ mph doesn't appeal to me.

It was a mountain in Lake Placid, New York. I think it was called Hurricane mountain or something. It was crazy. about 50% of the way up was through a creek too..it was rough.

My friend who I did it with has pics..I should get them from her..it was cool, there was snow on the top..and it was early fall!

I have to agree with your views on downhill skiing!

I tried snowboarding once and I was terrible at it- speed is just not my thing!
