So to try to perk myself up today, I decided to listen to Christmas songs
I picked the Traditional channel on my launchcast and finally, my fave song in on "I Wanna Hippopotamus for Christmas"
I love this song!!!! as for "more" traditional, I've always loved White Christmas, what's you're fave?

"I Saw Three Ships A Sailing". It's a bit on the obscure side. I love the version on the Cheiftans' Christmas album "The Bells of Dublin". I also like the song "The Rebel Jesus" on the same album.

In Steelers Country!
"Silent Night"...for some reason I cry everytime I hear that song.
There's another one and for the life of me I can't remember the name of it.
It's Bing Crosby and David Bowie....I think it might be called "Peace on Earth"
Strange combo of singers, but a beautiful song.

Also I'm a BIG Springsteen fan so I can't forget Bruce's version of "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town"

Growing up my Mother ALWAYS had Elvis singing Christmas music in the background and has just become a part of our Christmas tradition! So I will say ALL of Elvis's Christmas music!

I know I'm nuts, but I was playing my Christmas CD's last weekend.... and it got me thinkin' what is everyone's favorite carol?

Mine is "Baby it's Cold Outside" or a very close second "Santa Baby"

So what's your favorite?
