I was wondering how tall all of our TCS members are.
I'm 4' 11 1/2" (well, at least that's what I was when I went to my nutritionalist this month). What about the rest of you- how tall are you?

Nikki, does Colin have to get things out of the top cabinets for you?

My mom is 4'11" and has to have us get EVERYTHING for her

Reggie SWEARS he's 5'9" but he's only 5'7"...just because the lady at the DMV can't measure doesn't mean it's right

lol, yup!
Colin always has to get stuff out of the top cabinents for me. And when he's not around, I just climb on the counters and reach them

you can reach everything, and you have a firm foundation

That's one thing about being short- you learn how to climb everything when you're little
....I can climb just about anything if I want to reach something bad enough

I remember when I was a kid, I would cry because I thought I would be as short as my mom (who just confirmed she's not 4'11. She's 4'9
). The day I hit my head on the freezer door, I was SOOO happy!

My dad is 6'2 so I guess I got stuck inbetween... and I am the tallest of my sisters... My brother is a whopping 6'5!

My neice Taylor is 11 (about to turn 12 in december)...and her father is 6'5". My sister kimmy is my height- well, she takes after her daddy
...she is already taller than my sister and I and she wears a 9 at the moment. She's definitely not done growing eithor - she's such a pretty girl- she's gonna be one of those tall model types when she gets older.
She gets a little insecure sometimes since she's taller than all of her friends, so what I make her do is stand in front of a mirror and say 5 positive things she likes about herself - it's worked wonders for her confidence
/ Now if i could only get her to stop telling me "Aunt Lydia, I'm taller than you" every time she sees me.....
(Lydia Nichole is my full name- my family calls me by my first name
)

You do know that they say short people are very smart don't you
because we have to have the brains to figure out how to get to STUFF because it's harder to reach for us. The only thing I really worry about climbing these days is when I like turn around backwards to the counters and push myself on the counters with my arms instead of climbing, is I'm afraid my arms are going to SNAP off
at somepoint because there ol der smaller bones

I feel ya! I feel off of the washing machine once when I was trying to reach the dryer sheets above it at Colin's house when he said something to me without realizing what i was doing. I turned around....and unfortunately my clumsy body tripped in the process and fell off
Colin got a good laugh at that....and then I made him lower the shelves about the dryer that day for laughing at me! muhhahahahahaha!
I will teach him to laugh
