Well, there has been this puppy roaming the streets for a bout a week, I saw it at my house last night eating leftovers I dumped outside. Well, it just got hit by a car not 20 minutes ago infront of my house. I didn't see it but I went outside to see if it had died so I can move it and he lifted his head and looked at me. So I literally stopped traffic and scooped him in my arms and layed him on my porch. I was getting a box and some towels so it could be warm for the night(or die in luxery) and went outside as it was walking under my house. I just checked and he is not under there anymore. I hope the poor thing makes it

Just wanted to say real quick that I would have taken it somewhere if he had not left when I was getting him a warm place to lay down, OR if any place had been open. I just realized some of you might think that I didn't do that, I also did look for it when I noticed he left. I was in boxers and a sweater with a flashlight, and it is 65 outside, it doesn't seem cold but it is.

Oh that's sad that you are having to go through that, hopefully the pup was just scared and not really hurt, I'll say a prayer for him. Thanks for careing enough to try and help it.

Thank you, I really wish I could have found him/her there was a small amount of bleeding around the mouth which could derive from an injury to the mouth or something internal
