I have gone thru my "Library" and have ZILLIONS of books (science fiction, mystery, romance, etc) and am trying to decide which would be more effective- selling via Ebay or Craigslist??

I have never sold on ebay.. I have used Craigslist and it's pretty effective. HMMMM....
Con of ebay- having to worry about shipping materials..
Con of Craigslist- sometimes there's an issue about meeting up to sell to the other person...

Let me know which way you think would be most effective and will get me the most $$
I am trying to save $$/earn $$ to save for a future HOME.

Any advice or input on this would be greatly appreciated!!

Another question- If I want to sell like 5 to 10 books by one author such as Catherine Coulter- what would a reasonable price be? $15 or $10 for 10 books?

That's just an example...I want to go with $15 for 10 but is that too high for ppl?

I think $1 per book is a super good deal

Unless the books are rare or old, I personally would use Craigslist. I have sold on both, but in general found I could get more money locally for many items that were currently going for little or nothing on Ebay. The other pros to this of course are not having to worry about shipping (though they have made this easier), receiving payment upfront, and not having to pay listing fees. The one other advantage is that because buyers see what they are getting before they pay, one you exchange the goods for money the transaction should be over- no complaints the item wasnâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t what they wanted or thought it would be. Much less stressful overall in my opinion.

Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ve purchased out of print books from a few other sites, so perhaps if you donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t get the results from whatever you choose you might want to consider a site that deals only with books.
