It depends! Finding a scopion in my boot is creepy! Having a cockroach crawl on you while you are sleeping is creepy. And i know a few creepy people too!
Spiders and Snakes!
WORMS!!!
I hate worms, they just creep me out. I'm not scared of them, but they are gross, nasty, disgusting creatures that I would really prefer not to have to see, smell (YES, they do smell!), and especially not touch. Not even through shoes. I know they are beneficial and I don't wish death on them or anything, but....EEEEEEWWWW!

Bugs, mostly oriental cochroaches (aka waterbugs). We used have them so bad in the basement of our old apartment building. They frequently got up into the first floor apartments (I lived in one) too. I always knew when it happend because Gracie, my little "bug alarm," would go off.
Birds....no offence to anyone who has a bird.
But there is just something about those beady little eyes that gives me the creeps.

Men who stare a little too long and pretty much anything with 6 or more legs.
I absolutely freak out about slugs!!
Roaches and rats. I get so freaked out it's not even funny.
Snakes.
And a few people I've met.
A wolf spider- aka daddy long legs.

Creepy, as opposed to hate/fear? Creepy-crawlies of any sort really, but that's about it.

Spiders, earwigs, silverfish, and some of the doctors I work with.
Hearing other people pop there knuckles/backs/ wrist whatever. It makes me cringe every time. Its sounds soooo weird.
