My cat started vomiting a little bit today, then she hid herself in the bathroom and was breathing real heavy and fast and (I'm sorry this may sound gross) I noticed a clear liquid coming out of her butt. I'm affraid she's gotten into something. She's an indoor/outdoor cat. She stays both outside and inside. She had kittens about 10 weeks ago, give or take a week. Now when I opened the door this eveing she went out and hasn't come back. What could this be? No blood just a little vomitting and the clear liquid. She had just nursed the kittens and took a long nap and woke up sick.
PLEASE HELP
Carlene

I would try and find her and keep her inside. If you do find her get her to a vets ASAP. Good luck

You must do everything you can to find her and get her to a vet asap. I lost my Napoleon a few weeks ago to poison as the vet could not save him and he was vomiting and losing liquid. I do hope you get her in time.

Why you would let her back out if she's sick is beyond me, but yeah please find her and get her to the vets.

She came back home last night and is lots better.
Just wanted to thank all of you for helping, and let you know how she was doing.

Sicycat,
, I just thought that was rude of you.
I did not "Let her out" she ran out when I opened the door to let in my dog. I chased her and she ran under my neighbors trailer. I did my best to get her back in.

Thanks to all.

I'm happy for you that she came back. If she does appear though to be not feeling well do take her to the vets.

Sorry, I was not trying to be rude. I was simply wondering, why did you let her out if she's sick. I guess I misunderstood. I thought I read that you 'let her out'. I'm glad she is back and seems better.

I'm happy to hear she has returned. You do know of course, that she may very well be pregnant again if she was not spayed after her last litter. In fact, I'd be surprised if she WAS NOT pregnant. She needs to be spayed as soon as possible.
