In case you haven't seen, we've completed Cooking with Cattitude Volume II, and it is now on sale here: http://www.meowhoo.com/Detailed/1992.html with all proceeds going to worthy organizations, primarily (or soley) to Brookhaven Animal Rescue League in the southern Mississippi region.

But that isn't the reason why I started this thread. Well, not the only reason anyway. What recipes have you already tried and how did it come out? What recipes are you planning to try?

I've made the Calico Cat Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Bars (Pg. 169) and
they are SO yummy!
I definitely recommend these - very easy and so good.

I've added some cookie recipes to my list of Holiday Cookies that I'm definitely going to bake for the holidays. I'm going to try JC's Three Ingredient Cookies (Pg. 174). They look easy but yummy.
Considering I'm making about 7 kinds of cookies and bars, I think that an easy one would be good.
I'm also going to try Piper's Purrfect Shortbread Cookies. I adore shortbread, and want to try a different recipe this year. This one looks fabulous!

But of all the nuts on the board, I knew that you would appreciate the posterity of having that dedicated to you.
It just simply HAD to be done!

I haven't tried any either. I've only skimmed through it, but I know there are a few I saw that I want to try.

Heidi, I think the easier question is which recipe don't I want to try
I have everything in the house to make Mika's Cheesy Chicken Breast - page 82, so I think that will be the first

West Coast Clam Chowder! Clam chowder is practically unknown over here (though I know of one store that sells Campbell's New England Clam Chowder), and that recipe looks so good.

I'm really excited to try the Spinach Potato Bake on page 76. I LOVE casseroles, and this one sounds super yummy.

I also want to try the Italian Beef crock pot recipe on page 107.
