Mine's all printed off, hole-punched and in a binder wih the cover in the clear front! I've leafed through it (did volumes I and II) - so many yummy recipes - I'll probably try a bunch!

I don't think the cold leftovers would look very yummy, but I have to say I HIGHLY recommend this recipe. I should have added more sun-dried tomatoes though.

I've started my holiday baking today with JC's Three Ingredient Cookies. These are so easy and so yummy! Thanks for the recipe Moz!

I'm planning on making Piper's Purrfect Shortbread Cookies later. I'll let you know how those come out too.

Oooh, I hope you like the shortbread cookies Heidi. They are a fave here at Christmas; they are yummy, melt in your mouth goodness.
Everytime I have them I think of my grandmother, and wish she was still here to enjoy them with us.

That's what this thread is supposed to be.

I adore shortbread cookies, and I'm SO looking forward to making your recipe.

JC's Three Ingredient Cookies really remind me of my mother, for a couple of reasons. First, she adored chocolate and peanut butter so she would have loved these.
And also because she wasn't the best cook/baker (she was the first to admit it, and she couldn't figure out how my sister and I both ended up being pretty good cooks
) and she would have liked the recipe because even she couldn't mess it up!
