AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!! I have just spent the whole morning cleaning, yes, I said cleaning my kitchen. I am so angry.

I have never, I'll repeat that NEVER had a cat that had worms. This little walking disaster area has them. I think they are tapeworms. Dammit I am so mad.

I will call the vet Monday morning, but is there something natural that I can use on her, (preferably arsenic) in the meantime?

Ewwww.. yes houston does have a problem! I feel for ya. I've never had a cat with worms either and I think I'd be totally grossed out! Thank God it is treated and cured pretty fast! Lots of cleaning for you though. I'd offer to come and give you a hand but .... you know.... Work, sick cat, 800 or so miles....

Hey, it's the thought that counts. What do I need to do, anyway. She's the only one that I see things on, no body else appears to have them.

What do I need to do? (aside from going to the vet and meds and stuff, that's all taken care of)

I feel for you.
When we first rescused Annabelle she had a tape worm...and yes it looked like little peices of moving rice...GROSS.

Gracie and Lizzie never got them though, thank God.
The Vet told me to make certain that she didn't use the same litter box as the other girls...which was fairly easy for me since I don't work outside the home.
But if you do, maybe just keep her in a room by herself until you get her to the Vet.

On a side note, if I had it to do over again I'd have opted for the shot to take care of them right off the bat...no, not me I tried the pills first and they just didn't seem to work...I took her back and the Vet gave her a shot and within a day at the most the worms were gone.

Good luck, I know what a pain it is!
