A friend called me and invited us to a big New Years Eve party. They are renting a hall. Hubby and I went last year, but he slipped on the ice, dropped my crock pot and broke it, and said he'd never go again! He prefers going out to dinner at THE restaurant in town (have to make reservations months in advance) and then sleeping to New Year's Rockin Eve ! So I said yes! Sorry sweetie - I'll make it up to you later!
