Hello cat friends! Nice day here but WINDY! I woke up this morning to the howling. At least it's moving the leaves from the front yard to the side yard for me

No picture today but it's a squiffy holiday - Happy Hour Day. Celebrating the first "Happy Hour" celebrated in an Irish pub back in 1745!

NIce to know about Happy Hour - I prefer the weekday ones at the Sonic Drive-In, tho.

It's
and colder and I want to go back to bed. The cold (cough hack) is better, but I got a bag of cough drops anyway.
Also need some cleaner for the monitor screen. Mucus kinda blurs the view.

Hope that helped! Are all of your "rockhound" shows over for the season? I know all about those - my parents raised me on that stuff - if I couldn't identify the minerals in a stray rock picked up off the path, I needed to do more homework!

I grew up thinking I'd be a geologist! Then I wanted to be an archeologist! Instead, I crushed their hopes! I was a singer! Now I'm an office supervisor for the government! Oh well - my baby girl will save the earth! She's a chip off the old block - she's an environmental engineer!

There's a couple more in our area - say within a 150 mile radius before Christmas - but this year we were doing good just to get to our show.

Your folks ever make it to the Tucson shows or Quartzsite?

We often had the niece and nephew on field trips. I've teased niece that she will inherit the 270 pound geode.
