Well I had originally planned on making spaghetti but I didn't have sauce so I got my dad to make some chilli instead. And its soo good. And just right considering its a rainy cold day.

Chili is so tasty on a cold day. I made up a big batch in the slow cooker a couple of weeks ago and froze some portions.

Well that was the first time I had eaten all day and when I do that I fill up pretty fast. And if I don't stop then I will get sick. Which is why I should have made breakfast sometime today but I forgot.

I love chili!!! I make mine with tons of beans...red and white kidney, black and pinto. I also add corn and sometimes small chunks of potato. I also add onion and green pepper but I pulverize them in the food processor so they are really finally minced.
