I'm thinking about stuffed chicken breasts (stuffed with a seasoned cream cheese mix), fresh broccoli, salad and I'm making dh an apple pie (we found northern spy apples!! The only apple my gram would use to make her incredible apple pies).

Yes I have cheese and the chilli wasn't an option due to not having sauce like I originally thought. Like I said this morning I need a house with lots of cabinets so I can keep this stuff organized.

As for organisation... ummm yeah that doesn't happen

I have at least that much organisation (cans on one shelf, baking and boxes etc on the next) but thats as far as it goes, apart from making sure my teas have their own special cupboard well away from the spices so my worning cuppa doesn't taste like pepper

Oh no I ate too much chilli and now I don't think I can eat my cake. I waited all day for that cake, but that chilli was so good I just had to have 2 bowls it was calling my name. Probably because I forgot to eat breakfast or lunch

I made Steve some cheesey hashbrown with burger in it.

My tooth is bugging me again so I am having some mashed taters and than probably some of my homemade chicken noodle soup. I now have a hankering for something sweet too, which isnt a good idea lol but i may make some chocolate chip cheese cake if i have the ingridents.
