A year Ago tomorow

Thread Starter
I just realized that tomorow is the 11th. A year ago tomorow I had a horrible loss. I lost my house and my 7 dogs in a horrible fire. I went to work that morning thinking nothing could go wrong. They never found out who did it. Ever since then Ive sworn I would never have a pet that lived in the house. Now I'm going to be getting a cat so I feel like Im finally getting over it. It was a horrible feeling getting the call from my neighbor at work saying my house was gone. I rushed home thinking the firemen must have gotten my dogs out. They HAD to of. I couldnt imagine not having my buddies. When I got there I saw the house was totally burned up. The Firemen had been able to get my 2 year old ACD/GSD mix Lola out but she was burned so badly I had to have her put down. All the rest of my dogs died in there kennels all alone. It breaks my heart all over again just thinking about it. I miss them alot seeing Jada and Buddy here and all the cats have made me miss having my inside animals again. Its very lonely without them. So Rest in Peace my pups.

Bless all those sweet pups. It was not your fault John, and they love you. You will see them again and they will give you puppy kisses just like before.

What a horrific tragedy. I can't imagine what it must feel like to lose so many loved pets like that, or how long it must take to even begin to come to terms with it.

Rest in Peace little dogs.

I am so sorry.

DO NOT blame it on yourself, that can happen to anyone at any point in time, and is impossible to avoid. Just know that your babies are on the rainbow bridge playing and watching over the other bridge babies.
