naming our new kitten

We're bringing home a new kitten tomorrow. A black long-haired (girl?) with a little patch of white on the chest. Our resident cat's name is Nikita. We've come up with "Hailey" (as in Hailey's comet) or since we'll be bringing her home on Rememberance Day, maybe "Alys" (a homage to my maternal grandmother, who was a war vet)... that is, assuming she's female... If she turns out to be a he, I'm voting for "Logan", named after my favourite character: Wolverine!!

Any other ideas?

If it's a girl, I like the idea of naming it after your grandmother, that's very sweet.

Oh, as much as I love the grandma idea, (you can't go wrong there), I also love the name Hailey! Don't forget to post lots of pics!!

I love the name Hailey too, but it wont be after the comet, that's spelled Halley (people pronounce it wrong). I like the name Logan for a boy kitty too.
