I have tainted Acetaminophen!

Did you hear about the mass recall of acetaminophen?
I checked my bottle (I have the wal mart brand) and the serial number matches on of the affected batches!

Check the link of the brand lists and the link for lot numbers if you think you have any of those pills.

I heard about it, but luckily for me all I take is Ibuprofin, but when they did the teaser for the story on the news last night all they said was something about a generic drug recall. I had to stay up to watch the story because that's preety much all I buy is generics. (they are cheaper & preety much the same stuff.)

Yikes, that's not good. Is it all Tylenol and off brands or just the wal-mart brand? I use a ton of the walmart brand products.

I just checked mine and it's not on the list.

Hopefully you didn't take any???? This is really scary. You trust a brand and then, pouff!!! all heck breaks loose.

Can you return the product for a refund?

The name of the manufacturer was Perrigo.

I wonder whats wrong with them? What would happen if someone took them??

The site says some were contaminated with metal fragments.

It is store brands only and there are many different ones on the list.

I'm not taking any more of them but I have taken some of them already I have been getting weird stomach pains lately, I wonder if it has to do with that?

Yikes! I hope not!

The article I read said it was a "Class II" recall I think, meaning something like the products had a slight chance of causing short-term, mild ill health effects.

I checked all my bottles, and luckily I'm in the clear. Hope you're feeling better stormy!
