Just got our litter robot yesterday and set it up as quickly as possible--took about 5 minutes! I have 2 cats; a 2.5 year old former feral and a 15 year old cranky calico. I completely removed the old covered box and decided to go for broke with the robot. Both have taken to it like ducks to water. The waste drawer had several clumps in it this morning and I heard it cycle a couple of hours ago again. I can tell I'm REALLY going to love this thing!

Thank you, found it but I did not know they cost so much, $300. My wife and I have already agreed to spend less than that on each other for Christmas, so if we were to get him this, I guess everybody would really come to grips with who the true master of this house is. Oh, it also kind of matches the washing machine which is where it wouls sit.

I actually asked for this litter box for MY birthday. It really is terrific. I've changed the bags twice now and it's so easy--takes 30 seconds to lift the bag and stick in a new one. My cats are going a lot more now. I think they DREADED going into a less than pristine box and were holding it in until they HAD to use the old box.

Is the inside cavity of this box really that big? Being is it is circular, it doesn't look that large.

Also, can you only get this from their website?

I read reviews of this product and everyone loves it much more then the LitterMaid.

I've been looking for an automatic litter box. This one looks nice, but it's pricey. I saw a different brand advertised at petco for $99. I'm going to look into that and see if they work.

Walmart has the litter made brand for just under $100. I've had mine a full year now and I LOVE it!!! Never have problems with it and the kitties took to it right away.

Yes, it really is THAT BIG. I have a chubby tuxedo male kitty who has no problem using the box.

It's been several weeks now and I'm still LOOOOOOOOVIN' this robot. My cats seem so much happier, too, even if they do have to wait in line first thing in the morning. LOL

You can find the robot other places than the official LR site, but the price is the same. Seems there's no getting around that $300 price tag!
