After spaying 2 females...

they still want to follow cats and the cats come to my home to look for them.
Can the male cat hurt her because they are spayed?

A little confused on what you mean. Are you letting your females near stray roaming males? I think the risk of disease is your biggest concern here...

If the females have been spayed for a while, then they can't hurt them from the incisions.But, they can give them diseases and such if they bite them or claw them.
I would keep any strays from your cats all together!!!

Unfortunately I keep my cats outdoors and that is why cats roam around the house.
My Sassy was spayed only a week ago. Is there more danger?

Is there a way you could keep her inside for a while? I always thought that one should keep females in the house after their surgery, until they are healed.
