Help fellow TCS friends... I need to bake tonight or I'm going to go crazy!

I haven't made a pan of brownies in almost a year (stop gasping). So what would you like in them?

Marshmallow Fluff for frosting

I wonder how it would taste- right now I have the munchies so bad it sounds delish!

Definitely gotta have nuts in the brownies!

Oh, just plain or with choc chips (dark ones) - I like my chocolate choclately (BF buys me 85% bars - and I eat 'em by themselves).

I haven't baked either. I think it's time to get my cinna-on again.

I've been known to eat the 85% as well. I was thinking about adding some dried cherries to the mix, or if I'm feeling a bit wild some chili powder.

Chinese five-spice is a cool addition to baked goods. I've made muffins and replaced the cinnamon or nutmeg with it.

Oh, good call! I'm not a huge nutmeg fan when it comes to baking. I reserve that for coco and coffee drinks.

I like my brownies plain and EXTRA chewy! Then top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fedge sauce.

The dried cherries have me intrigued though. Sounds good.

85% is good for your brain (I think so anyway!) - plus, with all that choclate in there, I reason, there's hardly any room for anything bad for you in there. It's practically a vegtable.

I'm not gasping, I'm drooling. How did they turn out?

I scrapped the idea and made some chocolate chip pancakes. I just didn't have enough energy last night to make anything. Tonight, however, is a different story. I'm making a huge batch of butter cookies.

I'll provide Soy or Rice Milk for those who don't drink dairy.

I'm also going to make a big batch of corn bread to take to work tomorrow. I'm leaving my team next week, and they need one final dish to eat.

Is it bad that in my job interview my new manager said that if I got the job I must bake him a pie? Is that some sort of baker's harassment?

It is - but it's legal.
