We were talking about the boys last night, and I reminded him again that we were adopting a 3rd kitty in February. He then dropped a bomb shell. He said that he was slightly upset that he hadn't played a major role in adopting any of the kitties that are going to be living with us. I took a deep breath and asked him what he wanted to do, he said "Well baby, once we buy our house, I want to go to a shelter and pick one out. Just me. Alone, and without you there. I was thinking about picking up an orange boy, but I'm not sure."

I can't wait to be a house with 4 fur babies!

Yeah, I'm going to advise him to pick a "calm" one. When we adopted 8-Bit the people who were fostering him said he was "spunky and active". I now know the true meaning of those words.

I'd bet on that one. I'd also like to say this was the man who didn't like cats when we first met. 8-Bit turned him into a cat person. Scratch Fury Destroyer of Worlds pushed him over the edge.

That is SO AWESOME!!!!

I do recommend an orange boy - but then again, I'm a bit partial to them.

You've got one heck of a convert there!

He says that he wants an orange boy, but he could come home with any assorted moggie that is there. I told him to pick the one his heart went to, and something inside me says that it will be a calico girl.

I wonder how the boys would feel about bringing a queen into the fold... you might have to batten down the hatches, LOL!

I don't know. I haven't been around a girl kitty for a really long time. Knowing DH he will have his heart set on one type of kitty and come home with something totally different.

That's just want I need. A Diva. She'd fit right in.

With DH being an insurance agent, it's excellent.
