Faucet question - handy people?

This seems silly to me, I know, but I'll ask anyways:

Is there something for faucets that have corroded holes? Our kitchen faucet began to have random rusting and now there are about 3 holes in the side of the spout.

I'm sure its just easier to replace, but just curious.

I replaced my bathroom faucet with one from Walmart that cost $7.

My only advice is to find a handy person to change it for you - sometimes it takes a special tool.

At a guess, I'd say you'd have to replace it!
