Is it normal??

I was wondering if it was normal when a cat jumps down from a height like a bed, to bang its head on the floor? I would think not, the cat should land on its feet and go from there. Earlier in the day she feel off the couch and did not land very well. and is showing signs of dehydration again, even though she has 3 bowls of water out, nad they are freshened twice daily?

That doesn't sound normal. What are the signs of dehydration you are seeing? I would say that any signs of dehydration warrant a vet visit.
