I dunno.... it's pretty moist, I don't know if it would hold up to coming out of a layer pan...

You got an angel food pan, or a springform pan? Something deep enough to hold it all at once???

I actually have a bundt pan... I just would prefer the "look" of a layer cake. I could always bit the bullet and put it in the bundt pan.

If the ooey gooey is supposed to be on the inside I doubt that the double layer would work, you probably wouldn't need that drizzle type frosting the indide would be on the outside, not thick enough in regular cake pans. Of course you could try that before hand
